Baby, baby
How are you?
How do you do?
Baby, baby
I can't wait till you are here.
I can't wait to love, protect and comfort you
And hold you near.
Baby, baby
I can't wait to see your face
And see your smile.
March 2003 will be here in a short while.
Baby, baby
Boy or girl?
Miracle or blessing?
God is sending an angel into my world.
Baby, baby
It just me your mother, mummy
Talking to you and rubbing you in my tummy.
You are going to have a nice life with your dad and me.

THIS IS THE DAY
This is the day of a new baby.
This is the day of new happenings.
This is the day of new undertakings.
This is the day of new experiences.
This is the day of new adventures
At the ripe age of 33 mature.
Since this baby is my 1st, I am an amateur
Who is being guided by God and feeling secure
Through all the ups and downs of motherhood.
I will prevail; I will endure.
This is the day that the Lord has made; let us rejoice and be glad in it. ~Psalm 118:24~

PASSED AWAY
Taking care of me, myself and I
Going out anytime I want
Missing concerts, plays and movies
Sleeping late on the weekends
Hanging out anytime with friends
has come to an end
has passed away
Everything in my life has become new
The birth of a baby boy
has presented new opportunities and challenges
And many tasks to do
But with the guidance of God the Almighty
I will venture down the right parental avenue
So if anyone is in Christ, there is a new creaton: everything old has passed away; see, everything has become new! ~2 Corinthians 5:17~

INTO THE FUTURE
Into the future, I can not see
But I do have an unwavering faith
That God has great plans for my baby and me
And that is why God is whom I pledge my allegiance and loyalty.
Into the future, I can not view
But I have an unshakeable belief in God
And hopes for getting a healthy baby in March 2003 to debut
And to love with all my heart through and through.
Into the future, I can not glance
But I do have a conviction that God is real and true
His love for me is just inside of me
And baby in my belly, the proof, the evidence is You.
Now faith is the assurance of things hoped for, the conviction of things not seen. ~Hebrews 11:1~

Maternity leave is over
Mommy has to go back to her job
Wipe your tears; please don't sob

Off to the babysitter you go
Another besides mommy you'll get to know
We will both take care of you and watch you grow
Bye bye baby
Although mommy isn't with you
You are always in my heart and mind
And God is with you all the time
