The Teacher/Leader (The Critical Eye)
There is a time
When the critical eye
In the realm of teaching or leading
Evolves into something
To constricted and/or
Self-serving
To be of any positive use.
There is a time
When the critical eye of the teacher or leader
Evolves into something
Even to restricted
To allow for the presence of the Almighty Creator!
That is when the teacher and leader
Must once again become a student
And not beaten or coerced into submission.
Rather, gently persuaded to face
His or Her own distorted image in the mirror
Which others have been forced to view and copy.
Nothing positive has ever come
Out of the forceful changing
Or destruction of another.
We all come from the same spiritual home
And no one will ever fully return to that home
Until the day we all return together.
Remember this, and
Do nothing, on purpose, which will make another
To trip and stumble from grace!
