When I think of love, so many wonderful words come to mind… gentle, tenderness, belonging, sharing, companionship, caring, partners, passion, pleasure, sensual, communication, children, and God. Our hearts are powerful sages filled with ancient wisdom and know on a soul level, what love is and how deeply it connects us to the Divine. To love and be loved is the simplest thing in the world yet we humans often make it complicated. We are very adept at sabotaging the very thing we want most from life…to love and be loved.
